• Connect your Box account to enable your agent to access Box files and folders as knowledge.

• Use Box as a source in Auto Scheduler — once connected, you can include Box in recurring ingestion from Scheduling.

What you can do

• Set schedule frequency — daily, every X days, weekly, or monthly, with run time and timezone.
• Choose sources — OneDrive, SharePoint, Google Drive, Box, or Website.
• Configure ingest behaviour — choose how the scheduler decides which files to process on each run:
  • Full reingest — Process every file in the selected scope on every run, even if nothing changed. Use this when you want a complete refresh or when change detection isn’t needed.
  • Only reingest changed documents — Process only files that were already ingested in a previous run and have a newer “last modified” time. New files in the folder are skipped. Use this to update only modified content.
  • Only ingest new documents — Process only files that have never been ingested before; skip files that are unchanged or were only modified. Use this to backfill new content without re-processing existing files.
  • Ingest changed and new documents — Process both new files and files that were previously ingested but have a newer “last modified” time; skip files that are unchanged. Use this for the usual “keep knowledge up to date” scenario with minimal redundant work.
• Select folders or sites per source so the scheduler knows what to ingest.
• Monitor status from the same page; the scheduler runs in the background without manual runs.

Where

Deploy Agent → Embed Agent — use the customize flow (e.g. Customize Embed) to adjust the widget appearance.

What you can do

• Set brand name, default message, and agent name shown in the embedded widget.
• Customize colors — background, accent, text, header, and bubble colors for agent and user.
• Adjust icon size and patterns for a consistent look on your site.
• Preview changes live in the customize UI before saving.
• Save customization — the embedded widget loads your styling via the API and applies it automatically.
