Highlights
Site whitelabel (custom logo)
Upload an organization logo in Admin so the main app shell, home, and related surfaces show your brand instead of the default.
Auto schedule — multiple folders & drives
Pick more than one folder, drive, or (for SharePoint) site scope when configuring recurring ingestion for cloud sources.
Multi-tenant switching
Store more than one tenant for your account, give each a friendly nickname, and choose which tenant is active. After you switch, the rest of the app (including orchestration) runs in that tenant’s context. Intended for accounts that are allowed to manage tenants (typically non-SSO service accounts); SSO users follow your organization’s identity flow instead.
Site whitelabel (custom logo)
Where
Admin → Customize Appearance — sidebar logo upload, preview, save, and remove. After you sign in, the app loads your saved logo so the main layout and related surfaces can show your brand.
What you can do
- Upload a logo via the drop zone (PNG, JPEG, or WebP). The UI checks file size (for example max 2 MB) and shows dimension guidance before you save.
- Crop and adjust in the built-in crop modal so the image fits the sidebar and header cleanly.
- Save to apply your logo; the sidebar and other main views update to show it right away.
- Remove branding to return to the default logo.
- Consistent experience: where supported, your logo appears across the main app shell, home, chat, playground, and embed flows for your session.
Auto scheduled ingests — multiple folders & drives
Where
Scheduling — when you create or edit an auto-ingest job for a source that uses a folder picker (OneDrive, Google Drive, Box, SharePoint), the Content for auto ingest section expands to a tree.
What you can do
- Select multiple targets in one schedule — several OneDrive or Google Drive folders, multiple Box files/folders, or (SharePoint) an entire site, multiple document libraries (drives), and/or specific folders under a single site.
- Understand hierarchy rules: you cannot select both a parent and a descendant in the same branch; the UI enforces consistent scope (same rules as the connect wizards).
- SharePoint: choose ingest entire site or narrow to selected drives/folders; validation requires a site plus either whole-site mode or at least one drive/folder selection.
- Box: pick one or more files or folders; at least one item is required before save.
- Behaviour modes unchanged: you still choose full reingest, changed-only, new-only, or changed+new for how each run decides what to process.
- Saved with the schedule: your selections are stored on the job so every recurring run uses the full scope you chose (all selected folders, drives, libraries, and items).
Multi-tenant support
Where
Settings → Tenant Administration. This tab appears only for accounts that are allowed to manage tenants (commonly non-SSO service accounts). Elsewhere — for example on Orchestrate — you may still see the active tenant ID as read-only for reference.
What you can do
- See your tenants — Open the list of saved tenants; each entry shows its ID and an optional nickname so you can tell environments apart.
- Switch the active tenant — Pick a different tenant from the list. Once switched, workflows and features that depend on tenant context (including orchestration) use the new selection.
- Add tenants — Use Add tenant ID to register a unique ID and nickname; duplicate entries are not allowed.
- Edit tenants — Change a tenant’s ID or nickname. If you change the ID of the tenant that is currently active, your session moves to that new value when you save.
- Remove tenants — Delete entries you no longer need. You cannot delete the tenant that is currently active until you switch to another tenant first.
- SSO sign-in — Users who sign in with SSO usually do not see Tenant Administration, because which tenant you use is determined by your organization’s identity provider flow rather than manual switching in the app.
Upgrade Notes
- No database migration steps are required on the frontend; deploy with a product version that supports branding, tenant management, and multi-target scheduling if you rely on these features.
- Existing single-folder auto schedules continue to run; edit and re-save to expand to multiple selections if desired.
- After uploading a logo, hard-refresh or re-login if a cached session shows the old default image.
