New

What changed

  • Frontend documentation and onboarding were updated for SSO, deployment, and release navigation so users can find the newest flows faster.
  • Widget deploy and settings screens gained clearer controls for allowed origins, credentials, tooltips, and deployment previews.
  • Agent creation now validates duplicate names during the Name your New Agent step and surfaces a clear status message when a name is already in use.
  • Ingestion failures now report clearer status details for websites and documents, with reason-specific guidance and suggested fixes per file, while successful ingestions are marked as Processed.

Improvements

Content and connection updates

  • Microsoft and SharePoint connection flows were hardened for sync reliability, webhook handling, and logout behavior.
  • WxO tenant and role management is more consistent across connected workflows and deployment-related access paths.

Ingestion behavior

  • Document ingestion is more resilient when mixed outcomes occur, so a run completes as long as at least one document processes successfully.

Fixes and Stability

Operational reliability

  • RBAC enforcement was tightened across visitor and deployment workflows to keep access aligned with assigned roles.

Upgrade Notes

  • Microsoft Services (OneDrive, SharePoint) SSO related behavior has improved syncing behavior. No changes needed.
